Jia Xin, male, Ph.D., associate professor, assistant to the dean. He has been engaged in the research of high-efficiency damage and protection technology, impact dynamics, and dynamic response mechanical behavior of composite materials for a long time. Won the title of "Excellent Doctoral Dissertation" in Jiangsu Province and "National Excellent Doctoral Dissertation". He has presided over more than 20 projects and won 2 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards. Authorized 15 special inventions, published 3 monographs and textbooks, and published more than 30 SCI/EI high-level academic papers.

贾鑫，男，博士，副教授，院长助理。长期从事高效毁伤与防护技术、冲击动力学、复合材料动态响应力学行为等方向的研究。江苏省“333”高层次人才培养对象，获“优秀博士学位论文”、“兵器科学与技术全国优秀博士论文”提名论文称号。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目等10余项。获省部级科技奖励2项。授权发明专项15项，出版专著及教材3部，发表SCI/EI高水平学术论文30余篇。
