 A.Prof. Yang Wei, Tsinghua University, China

Yang Wei is currently the associate professor at Tsinghua University. His research interests focus on the physics and applications of low-dimensional materials. Some progresses have been achieved on low-dimension devices, microscopic characterization of nanomaterials and nanodevices, CNT-patterned substrates, composites of CNT and functional oxides and etc. He has published more than 80 papers and acquired over 100 patents. 

魏洋，清华大学副研究员。从事碳纳米管等低维材料的物性、器件物理及应用研究，在低维器件、纳米材料及器件的显微表征、碳纳米管图形化衬底技术、碳纳米管与功能氧化物的复合结构、新型电子源等研究方向上取得了创新成果。发表论文80余篇，获国际及中国专利授权百余项。
