Xing Fei, Second level professor and doctoral supervisor at Shenyang University of Technology; Founder, Chairman, and General Manager of Zhongke Yuchen Laser Technology Co., Ltd. Selected for the second batch of the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" of the Central Organization Department, selected for the "Leading Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Plan" of the Ministry of Science and Technology, awarded the "May Fourth Youth" Medal in Jiangsu Province, outstanding scientific and technological worker in Jiangsu Province, 333 Class B talent in Jiangsu Province, leading talent in the innovation and entrepreneurship team in Jiangsu Province, and climbing scholar in Liaoning Province. Member of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Laser Processing Society; Formerly served as a key project review expert in the 863 new materials field of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the leader of the review team for the 13th Five Year Plan for Additive Manufacturing and Laser Manufacturing Key R&D Plan; Vice Chairman of the China Additive Manufacturing Industry Alliance. Mainly engaged in the development and industrial application of laser additive manufacturing, laser welding, laser remanufacturing, lasers, robots and other technologies, and has won two first prizes and one second prize at the provincial and ministerial levels. I have hosted and participated in over 30 national and provincial level science and technology projects, applied for over 100 patents, and published over 40 academic papers.
